Another one.

You have got to be kidding me. Newt Gingrich not only had an affair while pursuing Clinton's impeachment, but he actually stands by his decision.

"Gingrich argued in the interview, however, that he should not be viewed as a hypocrite for pursuing Clinton's infidelity."

hyp·o·crite [hip-uh-krit] –noun

a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

In other words, you're missing the point about which "principles" are in question. This impeachment was not about whether Bill Clinton's affair was moral or not, but rather whether it is right or wrong to lie under oath.

It's really not that complicated. Any chance you'll offer a retraction? Oh, wait, I can see what's coming next -- "Well, I wasn't referring to the perjury, as much as the idea that he'd have an affair while being some sorta paragon of moral values, like all Republicans try to be."

Riiiiight...like that's what you meant initially.
